When we have made up our minds to take up a serious workout, we often have an excess of motivation at the start of the ride. Full of enthusiasm, we set a number of sports goals and go to the gym every day for the first two weeks.

We have a conversation together to get a better picture of your needs and wishes. We also clarify what we can do for you.

3. Body Analysis

We conduct an analysis of your current body type. Based on the results of this analysis we set realistic goals an draw up a tailor‐made sports schedule.

4. We get to work

Once the goals and the sports schedule are concrete, there is nothing to stop us from achieving your fitness goals.
