When we have made up our minds to take up a serious workout, we often have an excess of motivation at the start of the ride. Full of enthusiasm, we set a number of sports goals and go to the gym every day for the first two weeks.
After a while, we notice that we are not getting the desired results and we become demotivated as a result. This is usually the consequence of unrealistic sports goals that we have set for ourselves. We expect results far too quickly and preferably with as little effort as possible.

Once the goals and the sports schedule are concrete, there is nothing to stop us from achieving your fitness goals.
